How Edurora Academy handles the personal information you share through this website, WhatsApp and our registration forms.

Who we are
This website is operated by Edurora Academy (Pvt) Ltd, Sri Lanka. You can contact us about privacy at info@eduroraacademy.com or +94 76 226 3008.
What we collect
- Enquiry forms (contact, corporate training and consultancy): your name, email, phone number, organization, designation and the details you write in your message.
- Program launch alerts: your name, email, optional WhatsApp number and the areas of interest you select.
- Program registration: registration for programs and series is completed through our registration form (currently Google Forms), which collects the details needed to register you and prepare your certificate.
- WhatsApp chats: when you message us on WhatsApp, we receive your WhatsApp name, number and messages.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and provide the information or proposal you asked for.
- To register you for programs, send joining details and issue certificates.
- To notify you about new programs, only if you opted in to launch alerts.
We do not sell your personal information.
Who processes it for us
Form submissions are delivered through our website hosting provider, registration responses are stored in Google Forms, and WhatsApp messages are carried by WhatsApp (Meta). These providers process information only to deliver their service to us.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not set cookies and does not use advertising or analytics tracking. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so Google receives your device's IP address when a page loads.
How long we keep it
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, for example to complete an enquiry, a registration or certificate records, or until you unsubscribe from launch alerts.
Your choices and rights
You can unsubscribe from launch alerts at any time, and you can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information by emailing info@eduroraacademy.com. We aim to handle personal data in line with Sri Lanka's Personal Data Protection Act, No. 9 of 2022.
Changes
We will update this notice if the way we handle personal information changes. The date at the top shows the latest version.
